The cult cartoon series SpongeBob Squarepants is set to hit the big screen in the UK and Ireland in February 2005. There's trouble brewing in Bikini Bottom! Someone has stolen King Neptune's crown, and it looks like Mr. Krabs is the culprit! Though he's just been passed over for the promotion of his dreams, SpongeBob stands by his boss and along with his best friend Patrick sets out on a treacherous mission to Shell City to reclaim the crown and save Mr. Krabs's life.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, along comes Shark Tale - the coolest, hippest, meanest, funkiest underwater animated adventure ever created - released in the UK and Ireland on 15 October 2004. Shark Tale takes place in the undersea underworld, where the son of the shark mob boss is found dead and a young fish named Oscar is found at the scene... Being a 'bottom feeder', Oscar takes advantage of the situation and makes himself look like he killed the finned mobster.

Famous scientists around the world are mysteriously disappearing and when deadly gargantuan robots begin to trample the city streets, flinging cars and crushing buildings in their wake, reporter Polly Perkins (Gwyneth Paltrow) investigates, enlisting the help of her old flame, Captain H. Joseph Sullivan (Jude Law) aka Sky Captain - an ace aviator with daredevil flying skills.

When feminism marches into the newsroom in the form of ambitious newswoman Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), Ron is willing to play along at first - as long as Veronica stays in her place. But, when Veronica refuses to settle for being eye candy and steps behind the news desk, it's more than a battle between two perfectly coiffed anchor-persons… it's war.

The Terminal, which opened in the UK and Ireland on 03 September 2004, tells the story of Viktor Navorski (Tom Hanks), a visitor to New York City from Eastern Europe, whose homeland erupts in a fiery coup while he is in the air en route to America. Stranded at John F. Kennedy International Airport with a passport from nowhere, he is unauthorized to actually enter the United States and must improvise his days and nights in the terminal's international transit lounge until the war at home is over.
